Todd's graduation

Todd graduated on December 16th from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Aviation Management.

Newest Nephew

Ezekiel was born November 2nd! He was born early but was still a big boy. We are happy he is home and doing well. We got to see him for the first time at Thanksgiving and again last weekend. Anna likes the "baby" but is wondering if she is going to be the only girl forever.

Do you like our matching outfits?

I know it has been a really long time since we have posted, but we have been really busy. As you can see, we have been raking (and playing in) the leaves. We love our mature trees, but boy do they drop a lot of leaves. For Halloween Anna was a ladybug. She really liked taking the candy, putting it in her basket, and then taking it back out. Good thing she doesn't know yet that you could eat it. And a couple months ago, we went to Veggie Tales in Milwaukee. We had a great time at the show, and Anna liked spending time with her cousins.

So as you can tell, we've had an active couple months. The good new is, Todd will be done with school (for good) in less than a month. We have a trip to Florida planned just before graduation, and then we can enjoy Christmas without being so busy or stressed.

Labor Day

Labor Day weekend Todd's parents and sister came up from Illinois. My dad and sister came up to the cabin in WI with us on Saturday. It was a very relaxing day. Sunday we went to the MN state fair and ate a lot. We had the usual cheese curds, Sweet Martha's cookies with the all you can drink milk, and my first deep fried Snickers bar. Corey, Lexi, Parker, and Jared were all there. Anna had stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Wright and Aunt Sara at the cabin. She had a blast. Then Todd and I went back up to the cabin to hang out some more and bring her home. All in all, it was a nice weekend.

Anna had fun with her ladybug birthday cake.

Finally, more pictures

We have been outside as much as we can, so we haven't had a lot of time for new posts. Here are a couple pictures though.

Anna really likes the pool. She splashes and kicks her feet.

It's official!

Anna is finally crawling forward. She has been scooting backwards and rolling for a while, but on Saturday for Mommy, Daddy and Grandma and Grandpa, she starting really going forward. Shelby-watch out!

Easter

Grandma S made Anna an Easter cake, and Mommy made the cookies. We didn't really let her have much of either, but they were cute.

Such a big girl!

Anna is becoming such a big girl. She just turned 8 months. She is in the next size carseat (she actually reached the height limit before weight-although that came soon after). She has one tooth you can see and another coming through now. She sits really well and rolls around a lot. I'm sure before long she will be crawling too.

Valentine's Day

Daddy gave Mommy and Anna flowers for Valentine's Day. He told Anna the only boys she could get flowers from were him and her Grandpas.

Mommy and Anna went to the zoo today.
