Friday evening Todd, Anna, and I were all home. But, of course instead of just staying home and relaxing, we decided to go out and do some window shopping/browsing. We have been trying to decide how to decorate the nursery now that we know it is a boy and we'll have to change it. We had decorated it with a ladybug theme for Anna. So, we went to get ideas.
This is what it looked like/still does. I will have to try to get a picture of her big girl room when it is clean (who knows when that will happen)

On the way out of the store, we saw a stroller just out in the open in the parking lot- not near any cars or anything. I said, "hey, free stroller." But, I really didn't plan to take it. I figured someone obviously forgot it- maybe was busy loading their child up and got in and drove off- I mean, who would do that? Anyway, Todd said, well, if we don't take it, someone else is going to. I said, "yeah I guess." So, as we are talking about it (and in the end, picked it up), Anna started to get all worried about whose stroller it was, and what they were going to do etc. We explained to her that we would call the store and tell them that we found it so that if the family was looking for it, we could give it back. She just kept asking questions and was so concerned that they wouldn't get it back. So we said, that we could maybe find a good home for it or share it with someone else. She just wasn't satisfied with that. I tried to change the subject or end the conversation, but she kept bringing it up and saying, "poor family." I bet it went on for at least 10 min- the whole ride home. I was ready to go back and put the thing in the parking lot. Even when she was getting ready for bed, she said, "we have to figure this out!" So, I have called the store and left my #. Now I am posting a picture, so if anyone lost this brown umbrella stroller or know of someone, you can let me know. The funny thing is, by Sunday, she didn't even care about the family whose stroller it was, and she wanted to use it all the time to take walks etc.

Saturday, Todd went golfing and played very well. Anna and I had some fun around the house and outside, and then that evening, I went out to eat at The Melting Pot (yumm) for a co-workers 30th birthday. It was sooooooooooo good- especially the chocolate fondue and dessert.
Sunday, Todd had another race. This one was in Minneapolis. Anna and I cheered him on and were able to see a few other people we knew running too. Todd said he felt a lot better during and after this race- like he could keep going. Which is good, because he has a 20 mile one coming up and the actual marathon still too. Because we had to leave so early for the race (6:00am) and Anna and I had to do a lot of walking to get to the places to cheer him on, we were all pretty tired after. So, we came home and took naps. That evening was our church picnic and baptism. It was a lot of fun and great way to end the weekend.

We are all pretty worn out though. Anna slept til 8:00 this morning, and I have been relaxing too. Poor Todd, he is at work, but hopefully this evening he can take it easy. He has a couple fantasy football drafts this week, so I am not worried about him getting his down time.
