We came home Sunday afternoon after one last bilirubin check (it was just a little high) and the ok from the doctor. It felt good to be going home, but boy were we surprised when we walked out the door. Of course we knew it snowed, and Todd had been able to briefly look outside, but I was still shocked to see all the snow. Again, I am just so thankful that we made it in time.
Anyway, Todd's parents were finally able to get to the cities on Sat afternoon, so they were still at our house helping with Anna. In fact, they stayed until just this morning (tues), and it was really nice to have them. Of course, it was and still is an adjustment, but with them being able to distract and give attention to Anna as well as make a couple delicious home cooked meals, it was much easier.
Simon has still been very sleepy. We have hardly seen his eyes or heard him cry, but I'm sure before long, we will. He is eating pretty good and is definitely pooping and peeing.
I'm feeling great. So far I have gotten some good periods of sleep and been able to take one good nap a day. Todd has been helping a lot, and we'll miss him when he goes back to work later this week.
Unfortunately I don't have any more pictures right now, but I will very soon.
